Refund and Cancellation policies

Lessor/Service Provider refund and Cancellation Policies:

If you cancel/reject any request created by the lessee/service applicant before your approving it and starting the contracting process (the rental process) you will not incur any cancellation/rejection fees in this case

If you cancel/reject any service/rental request created by the lessee/ service applicant that you have accepted and approved previously without delivering the rented product to the lessee or accomplishing the service requested by the service applicant, you will be charged Fifteen percent (15%) of the rental amount, and a full amount will be refunded to the lessee.

If you do not deliver the rented item in-hand to the lessee/service applicant within the specified contractual period, you will be charged Fifteen Percent (15%); and the full amount will be refunded to the lessee.

If the lessee/service applicant refuses to accept the rented item due to misinformation in the description page, such as the rented item has a damage or defect or limitations that was not explicitly mentioned or disclosed, or it was different from the displayed item that was viewed by the lessee in the platform; therefore, in this case, the full amount will be refunded to the lessee And you will be charged a fine of Fifteen percent (15%) of the rental amount

Cancellation Policies for the lessee/Service applicant:

If you cancel a rental request before the lessor/service provider accepts it, your request will be cancelled without incurring any cancelation fees or responsibility.

If you cancel a rental request for a product/service after the lessor/service provider approves it, a cancellation fee will be charged which is Fifteen percent (15%) of the rental amount; and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
